Loved by Jesus, Love like Jesus

 is to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ. That's how we're able to make a difference, and it's the driving force behind everything we do.  We believe as people know how much they are loved by Jesus, they will begin to love like Jesus.  That love will grow them up and send them out to be world changers for Jesus!

Wherever you are in life, you matter and you have a purpose. We want to help you become the person God has created you to be. Your journey has a next step and we'll help you find it. It could start with serving, finding God's vision for your life, giving, or joining us regularly.
You don't have to take the next step alone. With a strong community of friends, you can laugh, grow, and serve with people who genuinely care about you. Find a small group to join you on your journey.

Strong families start with solid foundations. That's why we partner with parents to help raise the next generation to become followers of Christ. Your children and teens have opportunities throughout the week to grow relationships with each other and with God.

We are passionate about serving the global community and demonstrating God's love to others. Whether in person or online, individually or in groups, within our church and around the world, we are focused on supporting and engaging in relationships that provide relief and restoration to a hurting world.

Worship Experience - We are alive today because God loves us and chose us to be here. We exist for His benefit, His glory, His purpose, and His delight. Bringing enjoyment to God, and living for His pleasure, is the first purpose of our lives and where true fulfillment is found.  We are committed to lead Restoration Fellowship Church into a worship encounter that is done with a commitment to excellence, while remaining open, honest and authentic.  We want our worship encounter to result in people knowing God is real and is with us.  We want people to understand our daily walk leads to a weekend celebration.  
We are absolutely committed to teach the Truth of God’s unfathomable grace and love each time we are together!

Ministry - When we become a Christian, God gives us salvation out of His passion for us, and with it, the hope of eternity in heaven. He also gives us purpose and significance in our lives. He has given each of us the opportunity to serve others and make a real difference in our community. Applying our talents to help others in the name of Jesus is our mission.  We ask each person who calls Restoration Fellowship, “their place of spiritual connection,” to find a place to serve.  We do not want people to serve out of duty, but from the realization of God’s love for them.  Out of this overflow; service follows.

Discipleship - Spiritual growth is not so much about "doing" as it is about "becoming" – becoming more like Christ through the Word of God. It's a life-long adventure that takes patience, commitment, and intentional focus. Ultimately, the Christian life is about building an intimate relationship with Jesus as the Holy Spirit changes us from the inside out, and loving others the way Jesus loves us.  We encourage each person to grow in connection with Christ and others by being authentic in their accountability with others.   Followers of Christ in a healthy system accept individuals because of who they are not because of what they do or don’t do.  This acceptance frees individuals from the bonds of perfectionism and shame.  It allows them to be vulnerable and to quit pretending to be perfect.  Real change happens in this environment.  (Romans 5:17) 

 Fellowship - Because God is love, He treasures relationships. At Restoration Fellowship, we are better together, and God made you to love Him first and foremost, and love your neighbor as yourself. This is why we value small groups so much!  We desire our groups to be safe places which are grace filled.  Meaning, a place where true acceptance, confidentiality and friendship are central.  We encourage each person to find a small group. 

Mission - God wants us to share His love where we are. As a student, mother, father, teacher, salesman, manager, or in whatever we do; God wants us to reach out to the people in our life. That might mean inviting a friend to church or showing love to those in need around us. Sharing the good news of Jesus Christ is the most important mission on this earth.  Restoration Fellowship is committed to make Christ known throughout the Shenandoah Valley, the Commonwealth of Virginia, throughout the country, and around the world.  (Matthew 28:18-20)
